Transformed directly in our workshop on the farm, our hazelnuts are delicately roasted to enhance their unique aromas, then finely ground to obtain a creamy and 100% natural purée.
Each 200 g jar contains the equivalent of about 150 hazelnuts, thus concentrating all their richness into a single product.
This artisanal process, mastered from our orchards to your table, gives our purée an authentic hazelnut taste. Our purée is intentionally single-ingredient, just organic hazelnuts.
