Although we are strong advocates of organic produce, we must acknowledge that each year is different... This season, our harvests are significantly down and unfortunately, we will not have enough organic hazelnuts to satisfy everyone 🙂. Fortunately, our unlabelled orchards - managed in a sustainable way - come to the rescue: they allow us to continue offering you the same hazelnut, with its unique and irresistibly crunchy taste!

Yes. The artisan roastingnaturally extends the shelf life of the hazelnut by making it less sensitive to moisture. Our 1KG roasted hazelnutsare also vacuum packed to guarantee their crunchiness and their pour garantir leur croquant et leur very pronounced hazelnut flavour for up to 8 months in a dry and cool environment (after opening, transfer them to an airtight container).
Yes! The light roasting we practice is designed to enhance the aromas without altering the nutritional qualities. Our roasted hazelnuts retain their richness in Vitamin E(antioxidant), in fibre and in unsaturated fatty acids (good for heart health). They remain an excellent snack, perfect for making homemade hazelnut spread.
The small size is often a guarantee of a more concentrated taste and superior crunchiness. These hazelnuts from the South-West are ideal for roasting: they develop a more intense and deep aroma, making them perfect for snacking, muesli, or as a base for a very fragrant homemade spread.

Located in Lot-et-Garonne,our hazelnut orchards are a great source of pride for us.Managing our orchards through Organic or sustainable farming requires a great deal of resilience and a lot of patience.This year, the organic hazelnut harvest is significantly below our expectations. That is why we are offering you hazelnuts from our non-certified orchards that are managed sustainably!
It is thanks to sustainable practices (crop diversification, tall grasses, cover crops, grazing sheep and chickens, etc.) that we are now able to restore the ecosystem and protect (part of) our harvests.
The hazelnut we have selected is small in size, crunchy, and has a pronounced hazelnut flavour. Our hazelnuts can be enjoyed raw, roasted for the more indulgent, or transformed into a spread .
